Our iron workers can punch holes and save you dollars by eliminating costly drilling operations. Holes from 1/4 to 1-1/2 inch in diameter in material up to 1 inch thick can be punched in angles, clips, or beams.
We can drill accurately-located holes up to 2” diameter and 6” deep in a single pass, enabling us to provide heavy-duty base plates requiring large diameter bolt holes at a low cost.
Split tees and angles made from the wide flange and channel shapes are produced by flame-cutting. Generally, any beam or channel 4 inches or deeper can be split. Tees and angles can also be straightened at an additional charge.
Factory supply inspection before shipment,sample test( cut one piece to test in our lab or some other lab ) , For SGS or TUV third part lab test,normally need about 5-7 days at least USD900-1000 per day.

JM steel owns and operates china only slit rolled edge, flat bar machine. This addition to our processing technology dramatically reduces lead times and enables us to produce any width of bar – from 20mm to 200mm.
Flat Bars are long and rectangle-shaped metal bars that are used in a variety of engineering and architectural applications. Flat bars are often utilised for frame construction as they are easily cut to length and drilled or welded into place for framework. Stainless bars are considerably durable and are able to withstand significant construction weight, allowing them to be a great choice for this purpose.
Using the slit band from our state-of-the art slitting line, the flat bar machine flattens, straightens, edges and cuts the finished bar into lengths from 2-6m. Custom lengths are available upon request, and innovative service can be used to support special projects as well as ongoing or recurring needs.
